Pretty much everything went wrong
The order was for a floor sander hire pack with consumables (sander sheets, etc). Pretty much everything went wrong. Delivery date was missed, and then a partial delivery a day late meant that the none of the equipment could be used. Contacting customer services was painfully difficult, with it taking over half an hour to get through (twice), or for the call to be cut off. Online chat was the successful route, but it was clear that there is a fundamental problem with the online ordering system, with the information available to the agent contradicting the booking confirmation. The delivery driver was polite and apologetic, but said it was the third time in a week that deliveries had been wrong.
