Amazing Service
We changed the wifi company to Rebel and we decided to get our own Router. I unfortunately ordered the wrong Router and called customer service to find out the issue. I spoke to David who immediately told me the issue and let me know the router needed. I then got the router (i bought it as i wanted my own router to create a mesh network, even though Rebel DOES offer you a router if you want). When i was installing the router, i ran into some trouble and i again called and spoke to a few people (who were all so helpful). I was put through to David again and he went above and beyond to help. His technical expertise were fantastic, he was calm and patient, he guided me through step by step and helped in every way possible. David was truly helpful and provided what i think was the best possible customer service i have ever received. David is a true asset to Rebel Internet and i am happy to have a provider who takes customer service so seriously. Thank you David
