The courses and guidance and willingness to help is very good . The only thing that can be frustrating is the standard messages that reply to emails sent that haven’t addressed the question one may have asked . It takes 3/4 mails sometimes to secure an answer needed . It would be better to have personalised replies that actually answer questions asked
