Customer service is not functional

The installers came and worked their tails off for almost 12 hours. They were not the problem. However, even the installer said there were things he wasn’t happy about before leaving, and suggested I call the customer service number to get someone out to take a look. I called and left a msg (after a very short hold) in which they said they would call back. Next day, nothing. I called late afternoon and was put immediately on hold again. So, I tried the online chat. The person answering told me that customer service had reached out twice that day. WRONG! I had absolutely no record of recent calls from WestShore on my iPhone. So, the next morning, I called the local office and they said the ticket had been open less than 24 hours and I should expect a call by late afternoon. No call. This morning, I called and spoke to someone who said the local scheduler was in a meeting and would be calling shortly. No call. Extremely frustrating. Unfortunately we wrote a check to pay in full after the install. I’m very annoyed with it all, and would say be careful who you trust to do business with. Update: once their customer service manager contacted us, we got scheduled for the touchups and the work was completed to our satisfaction. Now it looks great and we are totally pleased. Changed to 4 stars.
