Smooth buying experience overall
Bought my first car here and the process was surprisingly straightforward. No haggling which I appreciated, and the sales rep was patient with all my questions. The car was exactly as described online. Only downside was waiting about 2 hours for paperwork, but worth it for the peace of mind.
