Shockingly bad customer service
Awful company if you need post booking customer service. Intrepid failed to tell our agent that the itinerary had changed completely, so we weren't offered the chance to back out. we didn't find out until we arrived at the start of the trip (in Japan) and it was too late to do anything else. Intrepid acknowledged they were at fault, but refused to provide any compensation, only an insulting 15% voucher. From speaking to others, they've had similar customer service issues. would never use this company in case you need any recourse.
