Not so great anymore

I used to like keytrade, but I can’t specifically tell when that changed. Recently, I’ve been having recurrent issues despite sufficient funds on my accounts. Sometimes, my cards fail without explanation or require my pin to be entered for a 3€ contactless payment when the card has not been used at all that day. I’ve had issues with Paypal twice now, where the payment would bounce and I was unable to manually settle the bill due to keytrade blocking the payment. There were no issues using another bank to settle the bill. I contacted customer support for this about 2 months ago and have yet to hear back. Keytrade has also blocked other automatic payments, leading to a lot of headache for me to sort it out. Recently, the app has also been lagging and failing more frequently, which doesn’t instil confidence. After many years, I’m in the process of switching banks, because keytrade has been letting me down a bit too frequently lately.
