No reaction from customer-service!
I found a Christmas gift om Sport Worlds HomePage. Went to the Sport World store in my city. They didn’t have the item and recommended that I could buy it online, which I therefore did. I could T&T the order until it december 23rd. had cleared customs. Then it kind of froze in the system. December 30. I ent back to the store to ask for help. They showed me how I could write an e-mail to a “real person” and not a robot. I wrote the 31st december and aked if they would help locating the order. Today, january the 6th. I still haven’t heard anything, but all of a sudden the order were delivered yesterday.
