Excellent tea, awful service
Ordered from Suki a couple of times directly as I'd bought their teas from other suppliers and always found them to be very good. The first order was notably slow, and took two weeks to arrive. I don't live in the middle of nowhere - it just seems that the courier Suki have chosen (Whistl) is exceptionally slow. The second order was to be a Christmas present. Ordering ten days in advance, I thought I might have left enough time for it to be delivered - especially as Suki were advertising that my order should be delivered to the UK before Christmas. However, I write this review over a month after the order and the teas have not arrived. I can't recommend Suki any longer until their delivery service is improved.
