Non existent customer services and care
We had a great time on our cruise and had some photos taken in the Sky Princess studio as it was a special occasion. We were told the photos would be with us within 10 weeks. 11 weeks later we had still not received them. Contacted customer services who said they would chase it up and get back to me. They didn’t!! Emailed twice and they never got back. Have spent a total of 3 hours on the phone to their so say customer services and got no where. The photos cost £550. Cannot believe how terrible the customer services are for this company!!!!
