I would like to give a negative star to the Goodfellows for Sutton branch
I would like to give a negative star, if I could. This a very disappointing as the Sutton branch agent confirmed us (vocal and by email) on early June that the probate legal works was granted back in March of this year, ALL DOCUMENTS ARE DONE. Unfortunately we don’t know why the seller’s solicitor needed a month on 28 July (Friday after 5pm) to sent us the draft contract. During this time we call and email the agent several times to asked why we still have not received any documents and information from the seller’s lawyer. but we always can’t reach her and left a message or reply us needs a couple days. And when we received the draft contract were started the legal process then the title guarantee and information provided by the seller is very limited and many things needs us surveying by our self. When we arrange a date for the house surveyor and the asbestos inspections for test samples, the agent is always slow in reverting back to us. But about two weeks from receiving the draft contract, the estate agent called me to urge our lawyer to respond to the seller’s lawyer as soon as possible, otherwise they would put the house back on the market. She known us needed moving in this house in early September in the beginning but due to her arrangements are very bad and have not knowledge of this house before putting on the market, she is unreasonable and unprofessional. We wasted a lot of time and money. That’s are very uncomfortable with us. All in all, a bad experience.
