Destroyed our property for someone else's broadband connection.
We returned to our office at the end of January to find a black cable running up, along and down our walls (badly) and our yard smashed to pieces. We checked our CCTV to discover "engineers" hammering and banging our building to install broadband for our neighbours. One of our members of staff spent a whole day trying to find a resolution to same. To no avail. We were dealing with an unpleasant chap in the company called James Cummisky. The last communication I had with him he assured me 1. He was to apologise to my colleague for calling her a liar, when we provided footage of the said incident and proved him incorrect in his assertions and 2. That the damage done to our premises would be rectified. We received a visit from two of their quality engineers who sided wholeheartedly with us with regard to the quality of work and the damage done to our property. We did not authorise the company to be on our property, let alone smash up our yard, damaging our existing cabling and walls, nor did their engineers request permission for same as evidenced in our cctv footage of them. We have spent the past 2 months trying to get a resolution but no one returns emails, no one answers their phones (except sales of course €). Avoid this company like the plague.
