IT outage?
Due to an apparent IT issue, my consultant (who is brilliant) still hasn't received my scans, which, needless to say, are rather important. I can't believe a private hospital can have such amateur IT. I type this, waiting for this vague issue to be fixed, with no ETA. It’s unacceptable on so many levels. Update: I just called to enquire when this is likely to be up and running, and the apathy and dismissal I was greeted with was shocking. I’ve had better service at Lidl.
