DNA test vanished from account
I got one of the standard DNA tests a while ago, and i submitted the sample around mid april. i registered the kit, got it activated and received all updates up to the DNA is being analyzed. two days before i was supposed to receive the results, the DNA test vanished from my account. I contacted support and they said it was manually deleted, and that i’d have to buy another test. i did not delete it and it was not linked to a different account.
