I've been with G&M for approximatelly 5 years, having previously been covered by BUPA & Aviva. I was shocked into change from Aviva when I discovered G&M could offer directly comparable cover,for less than 50% of the price! The range of cover I selected for my wife and I, from the cover available, has proven to be of a high standard. Cost wise if one is prepared to fund an excess on the policy as my wife and I do, the annual premiums remain cost effective & value for money. Customer service staff are consistently friendly and responsive. I rate G&M 4 Stars rather than 5 Stars because on occasions administrative errors seem to occur a bit too frequently. In G&M's defence, administrative standards of hospital staff leaves considerable room for improvement, which I suspect creates problems for G&M. I'm please see G&M strive to widen their range of services, which can be useful when one considers the substantial deterioration in GP practices.
