Always an issue

Truly the worst. My limited preorder was sent back because of a shipping error and they never gave me the chance to correct it and get what I ordered. They gave me a refund, which I would expect, but the item was sold out even though mine went back. So someone on staff most likely ebayed it for 4x the amount. I've received dented purchases before as well. I'm just done. This was the last one. And they wonder why the music industry is in rough shape.
