Disappointing
Disappointing! Go Rentals is usually our go to place for car hire in NZ (a small national charity) but really let down by them this time. After hours pick up codes at Nelson airport did not work and absolutely no way of contacting either local or national office for assistance after hours. Entire rental period already paid for and now we’ve incurred another $40 just to get a taxi to accommodation with no idea how we will get the car before our first meeting at 8am tomorrow (their office doesn’t even open until then).
