Given the “virtual “ nature of our relationship, I have to say that I can be nothing other than impressed by her speed to respond to all of my requests promptly and professionally. Oh, and given the amount of questions I asked, her patience was pushed to the limit. But, you wouldn’t have known it. Moved into the flat on Saturday. Lily and the teams post move follow up etc all very welcome. Great customer service all round.
