As a professional nail tech who’s been a loyal Navy customer for a long time, I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered the Katy Cuticle Nipper, and the one I received was blunt straight out of the box, with faulty springs that didn’t function properly. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a serious issue when you rely on your tools daily for professional work. I contacted customer service and was asked to send photos. Despite clearly showing the issue, I was told there was nothing wrong. Eventually, they agreed to send me replacement springs and asked me to confirm my address, which I did right away. But I never received anything. And even if the springs were replaced, the blades are still blunt, making the tool unusable for precise cuticle work. This experience has been incredibly frustrating especially as someone who’s supported their brand and recommended it to others in the industry. I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I can’t recommend this product or company based on how this was handled.
