I paid for their top of the range…
I paid for their top of the range ‘Ceramic XTR’ car washes which cost £19.00. After getting home I noticed that the wash hadn’t removed various spots of bird faeces from my car. I messaged the company straight away complaining that the wash had produced such bad results. They replied very quickly asking for a copy of the receipt and photos. I sent the photos, but wasn’t given a receipt as I paid via the app. A little later I found the receipt via an email so sent another email attaching the receipt. The following day I also found streaks on the car bodywork, plus I noticed on the description on the app that I was meant to receive a “Hand Pre-Wash”. This certainly did not happen, plus I’d have hoped that if the staff had done so they would have spotted and removed the bird poo. I sent another email pointing this facts out, to which I got a reply from someone different, completely ignoring all previous correspondence, asking me to resubmit my complaint under a different heading. I wrote back asking why, as they already knew all the facts, and I haven’t heard a word from the company since. I even tried phoning the mobile number listed for the head office of the business but only got through to an EE voice mail, which in itself is very dodgy. It’s bad enough that the car wash didn’t do the job properly, but to then experience such poor customer service is just the icing on the cake. What an appalling company IMO appears to be.
