Unhelpful. Felt let down.
Travelled to Paris 29/06/25 and scheduled to return 04/07/2025. Airport transfers arranged with this company. The transfer from airport to hotel on arrival was, frankly, dangerous. I do not know how taxis are hired and vetted, but our driver was never off his phone, constantly texting and calling, never had both eyes on the road for the entire journey which was pretty scary given that it was a busy route and he was driving quite fast where speed limits allowed. The return transfer didn't happen. Our flight was cancelled the day before (3rd) at very short notice due to air traffic control strike. When I tried to rearrange transfer, I was told that I had missed the cutoff limit to do this under there terms and conditions and that was it. Fair enough, although disappointing. To be offered no assistance at all under what were exceptional circumstances I think is pretty discourteous. We were left stranded to make alternative arrangements for a rescheduled flight (on the 5th) and the additional expense that incurred for alternative transfer (public taxi). To then be told that the driver would still arrive as planned in the booking (he did to!) just seemed ridiculous when it was not needed.
