Parked in a Stockport NCP carpark…
Parked in a Stockport NCP carpark today, boy do i wish I hadn't... I was unable to pay via the App or over the internet. I rang the NCP phone number and waited for ages to be answered. Then was unable to reset the account password as by the time confirmation email arrived it had expired. I was told payment must be made by midnight so I could do it from home. I tried this and guess what that had the same result! FAILURE. Then a used a different email and registered which again failed. Its seems the NCP system is designed to fail it customers.
