Twice bitten....
I like ordering online because I don't have to go through the boring process of explaining my adress etc over the phone, I'm sure that plenty of people would agree with that. I tried ordering with takeaway. Com twice & both times had to wait much longer than usual for my delivery from places I use regularly. Both times the drivers had to phone me to find out which flat number I live at, it wasn't written on the delivery slip. If they have to do that at each delivery then no wonder its always going to be late. Goodbye Takeaway. Com I'm done with you. This part I reviewed after receiving trustpilots response & my answer is : you are wrong I did include my full adress on both orders and of course when registering. On my second order I also entered it on the special requests box. Don't treat people like idiots, you seem to have a smart retort for every comment on here. If you welcome people's honest comments then you should have the humility to accept when you have fallen short of standard expectations.
