I turned to Greggs head office because I was going to be late to work one morning because I didn’t know I had to give extra time allowance to a new employee. At the same time as letting them know the Omlette didn’t have to be over cooked. After having reached out to Greggs about these things, they’ve made some communications to the high street shop and added money to my wallet as well as letting me know I am a valued customer. Yay!
