Shocking Warranty Service - Avoid Saturn!
Our dishwasher, which is still under warranty, broke down over a month and a half ago. Since then, dealing with Saturn's customer service has been a complete nightmare. We've been met with a new excuse every single day, and it has become painfully obvious that they have no intention of fixing or replacing our appliance. This level of service is unacceptable. For a family with a newborn, not having a working dishwasher is more than an inconvenience; it's a daily struggle. A warranty should provide peace of mind, but Saturn has used it as a tactic to delay and frustrate. We are beyond disappointed and will not be shopping with them again. I strongly recommend others order from a company like Amazon, where a single phone call is usually all it takes to resolve an issue.
