Poor delivery service
So, where do i begin. After ordering my US Dollars from & agreeing a delivery date. You placed a stop on it, demanding proof of who i was (even though i have ordered from you previously). I sent through details & changed the delivery date. Royal mail left a note stating that they had called but nobody answered. I was in all day & didn't hear anybody knock at the door. I rang them up & re-arranged delivery for Sat 7th June. It failed to arrive. I'm now going on holiday this Wednesday without the money i ordered from you. I am extremely unhappy with the poor service from your agreed courier (Royal Mail) esp when you have to pay for the guaranteed delivery.
