Unprofessional and not providing service paid for. or given money back

I paid for price 2 foundation, Agile and practitioner course and when I asked to book exam they said you need to get 80% pass in my practice get it. I passed at 70% and its way beyond the pass mark for the exams. it but they won’t book exam. Then I got busy with stuff and after a few months when I went and took the practise exams again, and tasked to book they said the exam edition 6 can no longer booked and they also will not pay back my money for services they could not provide. They said instead they will provide another course(not what I paid for , and the newer version exam fee is more and I have to pay more. Either of the options were not suitable for me and not what I paid for. They call every week to enquire but they never communicated this when they called. Also their live classes are all later night for New Zelalanders and they don’t have anything NZ friendly. I paid a lot of money for these courses and exams and they failed to provide service. Now they stop responding to my emails or pick phone call when I question them. Very unprofessional and been cheated of money I paid It is a true reflection of the service provided and being ignored. Its been a 10 days now since my last reply and they dont have curtesy to reply to my email. But once i give a public review you have time to respond to that because wany it known publicly. I will continue to pursue this legally and also continue my review of the services through social media and my personal and professional contact. The options provided to me do not reflect the money I paid for and I paid for a year for the course and exams. They call every week, but fail to mention about the change in circumstances and my options. Only after I asked to book exams did they reply about it. Further more the options as mentioned was not part of original agreement, so they should be providing reimbursement for the services that have not been provided as part of original agreement. I will continue to advocate to my professional and personal contact to not use their services, and share my experience with as many people as possible. Just because I paid my money fully doesn't mean you can ignore and not provide agreed services. Latest update: Its been more than 3 weeks since they responded to my email. But below they like to say in public forum that this will be resolved through proper channel. Ths shows that they only care to respond to review but actually do not care for students and only the money. Once you send the money they dont care. Cheats In response to review below they mentioned that this will be looked at but still havent received any response and they phone line always goes to voicemail and no one calls back even after leaving message. This validates my point that they dont want to resolve issues but they just respond to a bad review as though they are taking effort to resolve,
