Frustrating dealing with Future Fit
I completed the pre and post natal exercise course earlier this year (a few years after completing level 2 gym and level 3 PT with FutuerFit). The online course materials were completed in a few days but the assessment took a long time to complete and requires much more information than is available in the online learning. I used the option of telephone support, booked a time slot and spoke to a member of staff who admitted she didn’t have any specific training and knowledge for this course and just gave generic advice so net very helpful. Once I submitted the assessment I had to wait almost 8 weeks to have it marked with confirmation I have passed but now have to wait several more weeks for the certificate. However, Future Fit wished me luck on my journey qualifying as a level 2 gym instructor and only when this is done and I’ve sent proof of this, can my assessment can be sent for verification. I completed the level 2 gym instructor course Future Fit and had to send a copy of my certificate with my assessment before they would mark it!! So frustrating having to keep resending proof they should already have on record and my emails. Very frustrating and I am unlikely to consider Future Fit for any furthermore courses.
