Once again course attendees complaining about service
We’ve had negative feedback for staff booked to courses with this company again. The biggest problems are course cancellations at short or no notice. Staff being forced into online courses and questionable standards of training provided. Our course booking agent has advised of being subjected to verbal abuse by call centre staff, leading to her distress and refusal to deal with them again. Oddly enough this company used to be great and we’ve used them several times over the last decade, but I have a duty it care to my staff so given recent behaviour we will be finding a better provider! I’ve given them three stars based on past performance but for a customer service to be quite so off with out staff is totally unacceptable.
