Great Experience, Very Professional…
Great Experience with a professional Landlord I had a great experience with MSA, they are professionally ran and focussed on students. Very understanding and respectful of their tenants, they where never overbearing they left us to it. But also whenever we had a problem we just gave them a message and they were in touch right away. Got us a new fridge within 24 hours at the height of the lockdown, with no charge. Also there is great transparency when dealing with them, especially when it came to returning the deposit. Nirmal also got in touch with us quite a bit over lockdown to make sure we were ok etc. I have lived in Manchester for 3 years as a student and this was my best experience with a landlord.
