Bunch of scammers , disgusting customer service , treat you like an idiot
Disgusting customer service. Ordered sofa on the 2nd of December, home depot promised to deliver from the 10th to the 19th of December. On the 16th double checked the order, as I'm leaving my house on the 20th, they've said rest assured will contact you 24 hours before. You already know what happened..on the 19th no one contacted me, I had to email them just to hear that they will deliver somewhere next week. No apologies, like nothing happened. I asked either to deliver sofa right on that day or give me a refund. They've asked for cancelation charge even though it is their fault and I don't have to pay a penny charge for a refund as per consumer rights act 2015. Guess what then..you know it - ignored like nothing happened and said will contact delivery company to arrange dates. Absolute joke. Waiting for a refund, can guarantee that home scam won't refund my money so I'll have to do it through legal means.
