Unprofessional and beyond belief
As a serving headteacher supporting/ mentoring a colleague on one of your course, I am appalled at the lack of support, clarity and professionalism of one of your tutors. My colleague has gone above and beyond at every stage of the course and has jumped through many additional hoops that have been ‘ad hoc’ as the course progressed. I have communicated directly with her course tutor and have received no acknowledgement or response. I have also communicated via the help line several times and received no communication or responses to my emails. As someone who is passionate about learning and training- I would wholly recommend anyone to find training with other organisations. Only now has my colleague received a response to her comment, here, on Trustpilot. Nothing personally to her at all. Do not use this organisation.
