The towels reeked of mildew
The towels reeked of mildew, i had to get tech help to get the TV going. The person who checked me in didn't know how to open the lock box with the key and contract inside. There was no way to make any modifications to our booking, plus there was a brush fire that closed the road to the condo, so we couldn't get there the first night, and there was no mention of any kind of reimbursement or discount. we did call immediately when we couldn't get through. there was no offer of assistance or advice.
