I’ve been with iD mobile for years and…

I’ve been with iD mobile for years and with my current phone I needed a new one as it plays up. Since the account was in my dads name he clicked leave iD button and it was the 10th July when it was supposed to disconnect so I could make a brand new account. 10th July came and no change still in my dads name I tried multiple times to sort it but couldn’t. It’s still not been disconnected at all I’ve even tried it on my phone. I’ve now gone with EE got my phone. But the account is still in my dad’s name. He’s cancelled the direct debit and I’m waiting on the final bill but after speaking to someone on Facebook messenger they said because I'm not the account holder there’s nothing they could do and that my dad would have to speak to them on live chat as he doesn’t have social media. Live chat is absolutely pointless as there’s no help and whoever you get is useless and doesn’t know what they are doing. There’s no phone number to call them on at all which is really suss and odd. Every company should have a phone number to call them on. iD mobile is absolutely horrendous plus my number I have doesn’t work with Universal Credit even though there’s no block on any unknown callers. It goes straight to voicemail. 100% DO NOT GO WITH ID MOBILE AS ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.
