I’m giving this company a 5-star rating because my experience with the Basic Mat Pilates workshop was outstanding. From the moment I signed up, everything was incredibly well-organized, and the communication was clear and informative. The course itself was perfectly structured, offering just the right balance of theory and practice. The instructor (Jo Allen)was an expert who made every concept accessible, and I left feeling more confident in my Pilates practice. I went in feeling nervous and unsure, but the welcoming environment and supportive teaching style helped me overcome my doubts. Now, I’m excited to continue my learning journey and am already looking forward to the Intermediate workshop. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to learn in a professional, supportive setting!
