So it took me a while to be brave and actually join KMC! I’ve always ran on my own and I didn’t know anyone before. But I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done this year. I’ve met the most amazing people and friends for life. It’s more of a family than a club and something I look forward to going to every time. I feel like it really helped me at a time I needed it💛 Kieran works so hard to organise and plan the meets, varying the sessions and offering additional activities (bootcamp, yoga, pizza nights, track night). I don’t think he realises just how much he’s done and what he continues to do for everyone. He hypes everyone up, gets us the PBs and keeps us all in line ! Couldn’t recommend joining a running club like the KMC more💛
