DON'T USE TRAVELOCITY!!!
What reputable business does not take into consideration the pandemic and its unique situation??? After being notified that a hockey game was canceled due to corona-19, I canceled our hotel reservation on March 12th 8:00 p.m. which was only 5 hours after Travelocity's cancelation deadline policy. (This is still one whole day before our check-in). With this pandemic and all of its unprecedented closures and cancelations, I have NEVER heard of a reputable company that would not make a refund. I am very disheartened by their response to want to spread the word about Travelocity's unfair business practices. It was only $78 so it isn't the cost as much as the principle of it all. DON'T USE TRAVELOCITY!!! There are many other ways to make travel reservations.
