Never received order - UPDATE
Never received order, tracking. No response to email. Wish I had seen the negative reviews before I ordered. I assumed they were on the up and up since all the other companies I purchased from on Black Nile were reputable. But there's always that one scammer. UPDATE: I put in a claim with PayPal. They issued me a refund credit while they investigated giving the vendor an 8/10/25 deadline to respond. Not sure what happened but after the deadline, PayPal said I can keep the refund credit. On 8/15/25 I received the pants they were postmarked 8/13/25. The pants are too small and poorly constructed so since I have been issued a refund credit from PayPal, I decided to return the pants which cost me $11 postage. I returned the pants to the exact address they mailed from and they are now on the way back to me for insufficient address. I've emailed them and asked for a shipping label or else I will donate the pants. I understand some small businesses owners are business but the lack of communication about the order is inexcusable. They need to put a notice on their website that orders will take 4-6 weeks and respond to emails. Thank goodness I paid using PayPal.
