LOYALTY and Presidential ownership mean nothing to MVCI…
After 31 years of ownership at a high level I have lost complete faith in Marriotts commitment to Customer satisfaction and doing the right thing. After 2 yrs of trying to get over 6000 point the equivalent to 1-2 weeks of vacations reinstated even reaching out to the Executive offices. I no longer feel like anything more than a payment and will be looking to replace them with a vacation company that respects loyalty and customer satisfaction
