Ombudsman Service got my £2000 back
I was in despair about over-billing by my gas provider. I could not work out why my account was suddenly over £2000 in debit when it had been in credit the previous month. I turned to the Ombudsman Service for help. They delved into the matter and within weeks they had sorted it out. My credit balance was restored. I am extremely grateful.
