Don't bother they as they have more clowns than a Circus
We had problems with british gas for 2.5 years when we finally left to go to another company in the June because of feed in tariff we never got for 18months, billing for 2 meters for 15+ years what we never had. Then when we thought it was all sorted in the beginning of June final bill paid. Thank God we had got rid of a nightmare of a company to deal with! Then the beginning of November they sent a final bill for one they had missed fo £600. So british gas agreed to half it after arguing with them but then they went back on there word so we went to the energy ombudsman. A man called Mike Millington was put onto our case. Well what can I say apart from all he wanted to do is agree with british gas he didn't seam to look at our side of the story just saying there is no evidence but every time you ring up they this call is recorded. I gave all the times and dates of the phone calls but there was no evidence! So my conclusion is that they either have conveniently lost the recording or he has shares in british gas
