Cancelled my order and now I am screwed!
Called and asked about stock levels for a particular tile off their website. Was told there was over 3,000 tiles available. I then placed an order for 800 tiles at my local supplier (this was all they had available) and I then placed my order for 400 additional tiles off RoofStores. A few days after placing my order I just randomly get a refund. I then contacted RoofStores to find out they aparrwnrly have no tiles available until August 2022?!?! I am now 400 tiles short and cannot get hold of them anywhere. Their misleading info has left me in a really bad position and I don't know what to do now! Wouldn't recommend RoofStores and I would suggest avoiding this company if you can.
