My partner and I were first time buyers so didn't have a lot of knowledge of all the processes that went into buying a house. Talbots were really helpful and guided us through the process and helped ensure it went smoothly. Lauren was so helpful and informative, she took the time to explain the process thoroughly and helped us navigate through all the various bits of paperwork to ensure we knew what we were signing and what it meant. Whenever we brought paperwork into the office she would come down to speak to us in person and let us know next steps and gave us a chance to ask any questions we had, which was a lovely personal touch. She also would get back to us so quickly with any queries we had. We had a really pleasant experience of such an important process. Highly recommend.
