I haven’t been receiving the OTP code for the UL app for over two weeks, meaning I can’t access my bus ticket. UL told me to contact Lyka, but no one answers my calls. I’ve lost time and money because of this, and no one is helping. I regret switching to Lyka — terrible support and no solution in sight.
