The Service was Quick and Simple Link with Motorway was confusing - Motorway made an offer to sell, when I responded they referred me to TCBG who were very pleasant, took vehicle details, I sent pics and had an offer in an hour. When TCBG sent me offer and collection email I got one from Motorway suggesting they could sell for more, I ignored (though TCBG offer a lot lower but less hassle). TCBG confirmed collection, lady called an hour before visit, all quite clinical, demanded my ID, checked car over, confirmed all okay and I was paid 1/2 hour afterwards and she drove car away.
