We have had a great experience from the moment we contacted Trust Electric Heating to the fitting, in the last few days, of 5 new radiators. We had a response from Trust within 24 hours by email and then telephone and later agreed to a visit from a consultant. The consultant gave us all the information we needed and advised on the size of radiator for each room. He also had a 'mini' radiator to demonstrate how they work and give us a quotation. We decided to leave a decision until we discussed it and looked at other options and were not bothered by telephone calls. Upon making our decision contact was made with the company who retrieved the quotation and put the order in motion. 50% deposit taken at this time. Trust contacted us with a fitting date and on the day two fitters, Matt and Brice arrived on time and began the job. Matt and Brice did a great job of fitting, removing and taking away the old storage heaters, checking the new radiators were working, explaining the controls and clearing up afterwards. We are very pleased with the whole service and would recommend Trust to others. PS We waited 20 years to do this and are so glad we used Trust Electric Heating.
