On the way down to our hotel in…
On the way down to our hotel in Llandudno on the hottest day of the year so far there was no air conditioning on the coach surely that should have been checked before leaving. Breakfast on the first morning was chaotic and we never got ant toast or tea,on Tuesday afternoon the lift stopped working and we had to use the stairs up and down to the second floor and it still wasn't fixed when we left on Friday. When we got on the coach to come home there was people sitting in our seats and passengers told just to sit anywhere only seats available were in the back row and it was very cramped and uncomfortable. At toilet stop we said to the driver and we moved down to the front part of the bus but could only get two single seats couldn't get two together. Other than that the holiday was very enjoyable.
