Tonicha for Prime Minister!
I think it's very important to state upfront that my 5-star experience was solely based on my interaction with Tonicha Hughes! Before Tonicha took my call, I'd spoken to several people within RightMove regarding my referencing process, and to be honest, it was a terrible experience. I guess some of it was down to the fact that, RightMove's referencing process doesn't cater to migrants from countries that aren't quite predominantly English, with low internet penetration etc. Still, all the people I spoke to - before Tonicha, could've been helpful, resourceful and found ways around these processes. Rather, they were bent on sticking to these archaic processes, which was very, very frustrating. Enter Tonicha, and after about an hour on the phone - where she put me on hold to speak to my employers, agents etc., providing live updates all through, she was finally able to resolve my referencing problems. Thanks, Tonicha!
