Absolutely incredible
This company is absolutely incredible. I ordered a canvas for my brothers memorial. I thought I had centered it correctly and even worked very hard to center the custom txt but I had not paid close enough attention. The photo I used was to small and his head was cut off. I contacted them after receiving it and they don't exchange or refund custom orders but they quickly took my photo added edges to it to stretch it so it would fit correctly and moved the custom txt up for me. And put my order on rush delivery for me. All for free 🥹❤️ I don't know any company that would go to that length to help their customers especially when it was the customers error. They also expressed sympathy and sent prayers to my family in our time of grief. I highly recommend smallwood and I am going to be placing more orders because my we started a canvas wall in our new home! Thank you Smallwoods!
