Schlechte Geschäftsorganisation

Nach einer Woche ist meine Einzahlung immer noch nicht verbucht - sowas habe ich noch bei keiner Direktbank erlebt. Kontaktaufnahme schwierig. Werde künftig lieber woanders für etwas weniger Zins anlegen. Nachtrag: Vielen Dank für die öffentliche Antwort. Schon vorher hatte ich Sie auf dem von Ihnen in Ihrer Antwort empfohlenen Weg (Kontaktformular) kontaktiert. Auf diese Antwort warte ich immer noch. Mein Geld ist immer noch verschwunden. Dass eine Bank mehr als 1 Woche nicht in der Lage ist, eine Einlage korrekt zu verbuchen, ist ein Fall für die BaFin.
